Data collected and purpose

This website offers a contact form. When you use it, the information you enter (your name, your email address and the content of your message) is sent to the publisher and stored on a server in order to handle your request. You can also write to the publisher directly by email.

This data is used for the sole purpose of answering your request.

Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent, given by sending your message.

Retention period

Information sent through the form is stored on a server hosted in France (OVH) and kept for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask for its deletion at any time by exercising your right to erasure (see “Your rights”).

Data recipients

Form data is intended solely for the site publisher; it is hosted by its technical provider OVH (France) and is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Audience measurement data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4), only after your consent.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how its pages are visited. These cookies are only set after your consent: when you arrive, a banner lets you accept them (Accept all), refuse them (Reject) or make a detailed choice (Customize). As long as you have not consented, no audience measurement cookie is set.

An essential cookie, __Host-site-consent, remembers your choice so that you are not asked again on every visit.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by reopening the banner with the "Cookies" button at the bottom left of every page.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights over your data:

• right of access and information;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to object and to restrict processing;
• right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@mikanowa.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
